Brittany Wimbish is a fourth-generation owner of her family’s roofing company and has dedicated 16 years to the industry. Growing up in roofing, she gained hands-on experience in every aspect of the business — from janitorial services to financial management — learning firsthand the value of hard work, adaptability and teamwork. Her leadership philosophy is simple but powerful: no one is too good for any task, and cross-training is key to building a strong, knowledgeable team.
