Elite Exteriors is Dedicated to Helping Homeowners Navigate Roofing Insurance Claims

In the Roofer of the Month podcast for August 2023, host Megan Ellsworth sat down with Jordan Grant, sales manager for Elite Exteriors, to discuss the company, it’s values and their dedication to providing the southeastern states with quality services. With locations in Atlanta, Georgia and Greenville, South Carolina, the team at Elite Exteriors strive to provide their communities with the best service and care.  

Founded in 2020 by Chuck Settambrino and Carlton Kohler, Marine Corps veteran, Elite Exteriors was created from their combined roofing industry experience and expertise. Jordan explained that while the company has worked on a variety of home exterior projects since their founding, they have specialties they excel at, “The majority of what we do is insurance claim work when it involves replacing the roof. These are the components that are common on the insurance scope. So, by focusing on these few areas, we're able to provide quality work at an efficient rate, which not only makes our customers happy, but our team can get paid faster as well. I'd have to say our specialty would be insurance claims, more specifically residential claims.” 

The Elite Exteriors team not only strives for success in providing customers with superior work, but they also have a family oriented culture that is very important to them. When asked what is something special that Elite Exteriors celebrates as a company, Jordan replied, “We celebrate not only our team success, but individual success as well. I'd say that we also celebrate our family oriented culture. We are all close inside and outside of work, but Chuck and Carlton have done an amazing job of creating a platform that breeds success. 

“The whole goal for them was giving normal people just like me and you an opportunity to succeed and provide for our families,” he continued, “So, we're a very sales-focused company, but Elite's structured in a way to assist our team as much as possible so they can focus on gaining new customers and making more money for themselves and their families.”
