The unsung hero of our office efficiency is Sarah. She is the foundation of our day to day workings. She is most often the first contact for customers and we think she’s amazing. Sarah exemplifies the core values of our organization.  

• Trust – She does what she says she’ll do, and she also harasses the other office folks making sure they keep their promises too.
• Experienced/exceptional – From the moment Sarah took over, the office has been run efficiently. She cares for our customer base, our office staff and our roofers as if they were her own. Sarah is always growing as a person in the office. In her spare time she takes additional classes to stay on top of the ever changing roofing world. She’s truly a consummate professional and we’re blessed to have her.
• Authentic – With no pretenses, Sarah is the best version of herself. She puts our customers as top priority and as we already mentioned, believes in the value of her word. She genuinely and authentically cares.
